School is starting this next week in the Triangle Area. We have seen a significant slowing in the market in the last week, though we still have continued to rent many properties in the last few weeks. Cary is Third Fastest Growing City in U.S.

According to a new census release, Cary is the third fastest growing city in the US (among cities with 100,000 people or more), coming behind New Orleans and Round Rock, Texas.

The growth rate is coming in at nearly 7%.
