Market Report: Spring 2010

This winter has proven challenging for our rental market. We have had a record cold winter which has kept prospective tenants inside to keep warm. We expect March to be our turning point when the weather warms.

We are encouraged by the number of hits on our website and all indications are that 2010 will be a good year.
